AIG to pay high severance to departing lawyer

The American International Group has said it will pay its departing general counsel several million dollars in severance.

The Wall Street Journal has reported that Anastasia Kelly will be able to collect the money under the company's severance plan, in which certain executives can resign and still collect severance if their pay has been reduced significantly.

Anastasia Kelly earlier in the year said she would resign due to federal pay curbs on the company.

AIG is about 80 percent owned by US taxpayers.

She is not qualify to recieved that hugh amount of money. She is a hire lAWyer and not an executive officer of the bank.A salaried lawyer. The goverment do not have to give her big money.It is my money to take by some corrupt company lawyer.
